Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between MSSP CyberCommand Private Limited and the client.

Cancellation Policy:
  1. Cancellation Requests: Clients wishing to cancel their services must submit a formal cancellation request in writing to MSSP CyberCommand Private Limited.
  2. Cancellation Period: The cancellation period and associated fees, if applicable, will be specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA). Clients are encouraged to review the MSA for specific details regarding cancellation terms.
  3. Cancellation Charges: Depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the services provided, cancellation charges may apply as per the terms outlined in the MSA.
Refund Policy:
  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the terms specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA). Clients must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the MSA to qualify for a refund.
  2. Refund Process: Upon receiving a valid refund request and confirming eligibility as per the MSA, MSSP CyberCommand Private Limited will initiate the refund process in a timely manner.
  3. Refund Amount: The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined based on the terms outlined in the MSA. CyberCommand Private Limited reserves the right to withhold any applicable cancellation charges or fees.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified in the MSA.
