We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our startup cybersecurity services company, Cyber Command MSSP. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Desired Experience:
  • 15+ years in to IT or related sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within the cybersecurity industry. knowledge of MSSP market, services and competitors.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Job Description:

  • As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales team and develop effective strategies to achieve our sales goals.
  • You will work closely with the executive team to align sales efforts with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cybersecurity sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue target markets and industries for our cybersecurity consulting and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space. Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present sales forecasts, reports, and progress updates to the executive team. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.
  • Keep abreast of changes in compliance requirements and industry regulations related to cybersecurity.
