As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, managing and maintaining Active Directory services, administering G Suite and Office 365 environments, monitoring and managing antivirus software, configuring and troubleshooting FortiGate UTM, conducting regular maintenance tasks, collaborating with vendors and service providers, documenting IT procedures, and providing training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulltime (1 Year Rolling contract)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Desired Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support roles
- Experience with Active Directory, G Suite, Office 365, antivirus software, and FortiGate UTM preferred
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Google Workspace, Certification, and Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE)
